EWCHP is an European Cluster Workshop on research and development activities in the field of cultural heritage and its preservation for future generations. The workshop will take place on September 26–27, 2011 and an additional training day will be held on September 28, 2011 in Berlin, Germany and will be hosted by the Rathgen Research Laboratory, with the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin. The Organizing Committee is delighted to invite you to the EWCHP–2011 and looks forward to welcoming you.

Training day

In a special training day practitioners will be inducted into the usage of state-of-the-art inspection/monitoring technologies and methods for historic structures. This includes wireless monitoring systems, sensor technologies and non-destructive test systems as well as analysis methods and tools. The participants will be introduced into activities of the Rathgen Research Laboratory and the wireless monitoring campaign installed in the Bode Museum.
